- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
- Promote and sell products or services, emphasizing the value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on new products or services, promotions, and pricing changes.
- Conduct competitive analysis and assess market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates on the sales pipeline.
- Provide feedback on sales strategies and suggest improvements for market penetration.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to address customer needs and market demands.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide input on promotional campaigns.
- Conduct field visits to support sales efforts and resolve customer issues in-person.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently, providing quick solutions to maintain a positive relationship.

The role of a Field Sales Officer is highly dynamic and involves a balance of sales, relationship-building, and strategic market analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
