Position Title: On-Field Sales Officer
Department: Sales and Marketing
Location: Hyderabad and Nearby Districts
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management
- Collaborate with tele sales executives to follow up on qualified leads and convert them into tree adoptions or sponsorships.
- Independently identify and approach potential leads, including individuals, housing societies, schools, and corporates.
- Sales execution
- Present the My Tree concept effectively during face-to-face meetings, events, and community engagements.
- Promote participation in 'Adopt a Plant' and 'Feed the Plant' programs by highlighting their environmental and social benefits.
- Close sales deals, document agreements, and maintain detailed customer records.
- Campaign participation
- Actively participate in awareness campaigns, tree plantation drives, and promotional events.
- Represent My Tree at community and corporate events, fostering goodwill and generating leads.
- Corporate engagement
- Visit corporate offices to pitch My Tree’s CSR initiatives, showcasing their alignment with sustainability goals.
- Provide follow-up and support to corporate clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for sponsorships.
- Customer support
- Act as the primary point of contact for participants in the assigned area, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat participation and referrals.
- Reporting & Feedback
- Provide daily activity reports, including lead status, sales progress, and field insights, to the sales manager.
- Share feedback from customers and prospects to help improve campaigns and offerings.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Education:

- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or community engagement.
- Prior experience in environmental projects or NGOs is an advantage.
- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of local languages (Telugu and Hindi preferred).
- Technical Skills:

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to use GPS-based apps for field planning and reporting.
