**Job Description**:

- Operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) lathe machines to manufacture precision parts.
- Set up and calibrate machines according to specifications.
- Load materials, adjust tooling, and monitor machine operations.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in CNC lathe operation preferred.
- Knowledge of machine programming and tooling.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus
