**Your Role**
- Drive offline sales of our SaaS HRIS product to enterprises through direct engagement and relationship building.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales strategies and lead generation.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships for client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to help shape product enhancements.
**What You Bring**
- 2-3 years of solid experience in software product sales, with a focus on SaaS in a B2B environment.
- Prior experience selling SaaS products; exposure to HRIS domain is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets using a consultative approach.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events. Compensation
