A3B Project is a growing Interior Design company specializing in commercial and residential projects. We create innovative, modern, and customized spaces. To expand our client base and brand presence, we are looking for a dynamic **Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate **new business opportunities** for commercial & residential interior projects.
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable interior design solutions.
- Build and maintain strong **client relationships** to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Develop and execute **sales strategies** to achieve targets.
- Assist in planning and implementing **marketing campaigns** (offline & digital).
- Promote company services through **social media, networking, and events**.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Prepare **sales reports** and share updates with management.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in client meetings and presentations.
- Knowledge of **sales techniques & marketing strategies**.
- Basic understanding of **digital marketing** (social media, ads, lead generation) is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in **real estate, interiors, architecture, or construction** will be preferred.
- Negotiation and closing skills.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Sales (preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).

**Salary**:

- Negotiable, based on skills and experience (Fixed + Incentives).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
