**Company Description**

Enfance Center for Child Development is a futuristic center located in Coimbatore, dedicated to providing seamless services to help children, especially those with disabilities, cultivate various skills. Our services include Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Sensory Integration Therapy, Psychological Services, Behavioral Therapy, Special Education, and Physiotherapy. We also have an Early Learning Center to support children in their developmental journey.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Representative at Enfance Center for Child Development. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and communication. You will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle reservations and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with parents, visitors, and staff
- Experience in a similar role or in the child development field is a plus
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- graduate with good communication is mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
