
Front Desk Executive

As a Front Desk Executive at our vibrant coworking space, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and guests. You'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist members with inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide information about our amenities, services, and events.
- Resolve member issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and replenishment.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address facility issues.
- Handle general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a coworking space or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
