Handle new leads and counsel the students on course
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Leading the entire admissions of the region.
- Handling sales and Operations both 2 centre in chennai.
- Mentor Sales team to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and program.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Counselling: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Anna Nagar East, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (required)
