**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed to identify and connect with top talent.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or hiring events.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
