**Hiring Google Ad and Social Media Expert at Websoftrix Infotech**

**Google Ad Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for the campaigns.
- Create compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with the target audience, drive clicks, and improve ad relevance.
- Set up Google Ads campaigns, including defining campaign settings, ad groups, targeting options, bid strategies, and ad extensions.
- Monitor and manage campaigns regularly to optimize performance, adjust bids, and ensure budget efficiency as per client's needs.
- Implement conversion tracking mechanisms to track user actions on the website, such as form submissions, purchases, or sign-ups.
- Proficient to use conversion data to optimize campaigns for better ROI and lead generation.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and other elements to identify top-performing variations and improve campaign performance over time.
- Must have minimum 6 months and more relevant experience.

**Social Media Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand clients business and competition
- Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
- Encourage greater social media participation
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy
- Ability to analyze data to optimize for strong performance
