**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Design ad creatives and write compelling ad copies.
- Track conversion data and prepare performance reports.
- Work closely with the content and design team to align campaign messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1.6 years of experience in Meta and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of successful ad campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of ad platforms, Business Manager, Google Ads interface, and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
