Job Summary
- For the role of Captain at Cafe Bai Mu Dan, we are seeking a providing, attentive, personalized service for our guests. It is required to ensure each customer enjoys a memorable dining experience in line with our commitment and attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming customers, confirming reservations, and guiding guests to their seats.
Customer Service: Taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their visit.
Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering orders to tables accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining presentation standards.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well-organized.
Stocking Supplies: Refilling condiments, napkins, and other table essentials to keep the area well-stocked.
Managing Customer Payments: Handling billing, processing payments, and providing receipts or invoices.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
Team-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
