**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct and coordinate **site surveys** to assess project feasibility and requirements.
- Manage **liaison activities** with electricity departments for obtaining necessary approvals and subsidies under government schemes.
- Plan, track, and oversee project execution timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with procurement, installation, and commissioning teams for smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Assist in resolving site-level challenges and ensure quality standards are met.
- Support the commissioning process and ensure customer handover is completed successfully.
- Communicate with clients to keep them informed of project progress and address their concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in solar EPC project coordination (residential rooftop preferred).
- Familiarity with solar subsidy processes and state electricity board approvals.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work on-site and travel within the region when required.
