**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and implement simulation models using AnyLogic and/or Simio to address complex operational challenges.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into simulation models that provide actionable insights.
- Optimize existing simulation models for performance and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure reliability and validity of results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation models with other systems and data sources.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on simulation modeling best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in simulation technology and methodologies to continually enhance our modeling capabilities.**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong experience in operational simulation modeling with AnyLogic and/or Simio.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python programming.
- Demonstrated ability to develop complex simulation models from scratch and optimize existing models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with other simulation software (e.g., FlexSim, Arena) is a plus.-
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.**Location : India (Remote)**
