SAP Managed Services Delivery Center Pune is looking for highly skilled Performance Test Architect to join our team. This role involves working closely with development and QA teams to establish performance testing strategies, creating automated test scripts, and analyzing performance metrics to provide actionable insights and it offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall quality of our software products and ensure an exceptional user experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute performance test plans and test cases based on requirements.
- Utilize performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) to simulate user load and
analyze performance metrics.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to diagnose performance issues.

- Collaborate with security and performance engineering teams to identify key metrics and
thresholds
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on performance testing best practices and emerging technologies
Must have skills:

- Proven experience in performance testing and analysis.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex problems and help resolve
them.
- Very good written and verbal English language skills
- Work within defined governance processes and adhere to all the security and organizational
policies.
- Experience working on complex projects

- Leadership, and team-building skills with the ability to interact effectively within all levels across
the organization.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with
mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites is must (both in India and other countries)
- Capable of working flexible hours under aggressive deadlines

Personal Skills:

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Must have strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills
Qualification:

- Graduate in Engineering / Computer science / Information systems
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their performance metrics
