**Location: Remote**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of automated tests using Tricentis Tosca or
other Tricentis tools.
- Develop test cases that verify software functionality, performance, and integration
requirements across various environments.
- Manage the TOSCA engine, repositories, and other components required for TOSCA-based
- Ensuring the security of TOSCA resources and restricting access to authorized personnel.
- Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca and other
relevant tools.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to define testing strategies and ensure
comprehensive test coverage.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers and team members.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of test automation practices to ensure best practices
are followed.
- Analyze test results and provide insights to improve the overall testing process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation and quality assurance
Must have skills:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years focused on
automation.
- Extensive experience with Tricentis Tosca, including scripting, model-based testing, and API
testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex problems and help resolve
them.
- Very good written and verbal English language skills
- Work within defined governance processes and adhere to all the security and organizational
policies.
- Experience working on complex projects

the organization.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with
mínimal supervision.

Qualification:

- Graduate in Engineering / Computer science / Information systems
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Familiarity with other testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit
