**Job Title**: Admission Counselor

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information to prospective students about our institution, including programs offered, admission requirements, tuition fees, and financial aid options.
- Conduct individual and group admissions counseling sessions to assist students in understanding their educational goals and how our institution can help them achieve those goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our institution and recruit prospective students.
- Participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs, open houses, and information sessions, to attract prospective students and their families.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as academic advisors and financial aid officers, to ensure a seamless transition for admitted students.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in higher education, admissions policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and provide reports as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or student services preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of educational systems, admissions processes, and financial aid options.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to students and their families.
