**Telecaller cum Admission Counselor**

Sasi Creative Institute of Design, required Telecaller cum Admission Counselor.

Sasi Creative Institute of Design, is one of the leading Design College in South India.

Provide educational guidance and assistance to students for undergraduate and postgraduate programs in related to Design

Follow up with leads generated from various platforms such as digital (social media. website, chats, etc.)

Student interactions, existing students and any other external database

Conduct informal meet-ups with prospective applicants at the admissions office or an external location such as a cafe or co-working space

Maintain an up-to-date repository of call logs and databases with feedbacks and comments for follow up

Maintain database of leads and keep analysis for improvement

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Identifying new admissions

2. Keep prospective student database updated

3. Maintain knowledge of all courses provided by Sasi Creative College courses

4. To communicate the prospectus of the courses offered by the college to the students and parents.

5. Follow the guidelines and procedures for the admissions.

6. Must promote awareness amongst schools by making presentation about the institute.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills,

6. Ability to work under pressure

**Qualification** : Any Degree

**Experience **: Minimum 2 years in Education Industry.

**Job description**

1. To identify the prospects by probing the customer from the given database.

2. Follow the validated prospects and guide them to take a decision.

3. Maintain the given reports and track the efforts made on a daily basis.

4. To maximize the number of calls made in a day with effective time management.

5. Discuss the challenges faced with the reporting manager to receive inputs.

6. Contact aspirants to inform them about the courses offered by our Institution.

7. Regular follow ups to nurture leads

8. Enlighten the parent and student on how we are unique and the benefits of joining our college

9. Assist students during the online registration process and to ensure that they register on time.

10. Assisting end to end from registration to admission of the student.

11. Maintain records of aspirants feedback during conversations to facilitate follow-ups

12. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts

13. Arranging campus tour for the aspirants

14. Assisting team in admission process
- A bachelor's degree along with experience in relevant field for a minimum of 2 years
- Computer literate. Good record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of working on software / maintaining Google drives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**:
In commensuration with experience and qualification
