Job Title: Bill Entry Operator

Department: Finance/Accounts

Reports to: Finance Manager/Accountant

Job Summary:
The Bill Entry Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering bills and invoices into the company's accounting system. This role ensures that all bills are processed correctly and timely, and that financial records are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Enter bills and invoices into the accounting system

2. Verify bill accuracy, including dates, amounts, and vendor information

3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

4. Maintain organized records of bills and invoices

5. Resolve discrepancies and issues with vendors and internal teams

6. Meet productivity and accuracy standards

**Skills**:1. Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Tally, SAP)

2. Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office)

3. Numerical aptitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
