**Primary Roles and Responsibilities of a Tally Billing Executive**:
1. **Billing and Invoicing**
- Generate sales and purchase invoices using Tally.
- Ensure all invoices are accurate and timely.
- Maintain a record of all billing transactions.

2. **Data Entry and Record Keeping**
- Enter transactions like sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and journals.
- Ensure proper classification of accounting heads.

3. **Accounts Management**
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day financial transactions.
- Support monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable.

4. **Inventory Management**
- Monitor and manage stock entries in Tally.
- Generate inventory reports as needed.
- Coordinate with the store/warehouse department for stock updates.

5. **Customer and Vendor Coordination**
- Communicate with clients for payment follow-up.
- Share invoices and account statements with vendors/customers.
- Resolve billing-related queries.

6. **Reporting and Documentation**
- Generate financial and billing reports (sales reports, outstanding, etc.).
- Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Maintain digital and physical copies of important records.

7. **Support to Finance Team**
- Collaborate with the accounts/finance team for audit preparation.
- Provide data for budgeting and forecasting when required.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime**:

- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Communication and coordination skills
- Basic Excel and computer skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
