**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data accurately in our databases and systems.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Generate reports and prepare data for analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies or issues.
- Follow company procedures and protocols to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (35+ WPM required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
