B.arch Project Coordinator

Location: Bangalore

Qualification - B.Arch. (Compulsory)

Job Time: Monday to Saturday (9 A.M to 6 P.M) (2nd Saturday holiday)

Qualification: BA Architecture (Only females)

Experience - 1-3 year /otherwise 1-year interenship must

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an Architecture Project Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of

architecture projects. The Architecture Project Coordinator will work closely with architects to ensure that projects are completed on time.

The duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the concept design and development for a project
- Coordinates with Clients / Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub
- Consultants to complete the Projects assigned
- Prepares Project Plan, Detailing, manages & monitors team members, gives clear direction

to members, keeps track of contractual requirements, and ensures work as per Project Plan
- Meets the Functional Objectives of the Development Department
- Maintains required quality standards
- Identifies training requirements for the Team Members
- Identifies resource requirement

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Plan the target of the month/week/day.
- Task need to be assign and all the team should log in by 9.30 am with task number needed to

review
- All the excel needs to be filed by the team. It needs to be reviewed at 12.30pm and 3.30 pm take

all the output from the team and shared with management for feedback / approval
- Get the final output from the team by 6.30 pm and then the team and you have to log out.
- Maintaining the discipline in the team according to hierarchy.
- If a new project comes to the production, it needs to be entirely in the product sheet and

need to review the inputs and after that share the list with the client if any additional

inputs are needed.
- Need to check post post-team excel has been updated or not.
- the render sheet needs to be updated.
- Saturday, they need to submit the production report to Management.
- If any additional requirement comes from the client needing to take approval and new

project code from Management then only production will start.

**Area of experience required**:

- Creativity and Communication.
- Design Development and detailing.
- AutoCAD and Revit software knowledge.
- Must know Elevation.
- Must have experience in sketching up.
- Planning of work & executing in an organized manner.
- Knowledge of Statutory Requirements.
- Awareness of Design Standards.
- Team Formation.
- Interaction with Clients.
- Good Communication in English and Hindi.
- Ensuring projects documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
