Role Overview
Own the end-to-end sales funnel across inbound calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and marketplaces. You’ll convert qualified leads into orders, upsell/cross-sell, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle **inbound/outbound** calls, WhatsApp chats, and website/marketplace leads; drive conversions.
- Explain product features, authenticity (certifications), sizing/usage, and post-purchase care.
- **Upsell/Cross-sell** combos, add-ons, and festival bundles; improve AOV & repeat rate.
- Maintain lead stages in CRM/Sheets; daily MIS: calls, connects, demos, orders, revenue.
- Coordinate with **Ops** for order confirmations, dispatch follow-ups, cancellations/returns.
- Collect customer **feedback**, reviews, and UGC; share insights with Marketing.
- Follow tidy **SOPs** on pricing, refunds, replacements, and service SLAs.
Must-Have Qualifications
- **1-3 years** in D2C/B2C telesales/inside sales (e-commerce preferred).
- Confident Hindi + workable English; regional languages are a plus.
- Hands-on with **Google Sheets/Excel**, WhatsApp Web, basic CRM (or willingness to learn).
- Strong objection handling, empathy, and closing skills; target-oriented mindset.
Good-to-Have
- Experience selling **spiritual/lifestyle/jewellery** products.
- Marketplace exposure (Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho)—listing basics, reviews, replacements.
- Basic knowledge of **Shopify/Unicommerce/ClickPost**.

Compensation & Growth
