The Investment Banking Associate leads transaction execution and provides strategic advisory services in areas such as M&A, merchant banking, IPOs, and financial modeling. They manage client relationships, conduct in-depth industry research, prepare valuations, and oversee financial analyses to support deal structuring and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuations, and deal structuring.

Advise on IPOs, including prospectus preparation, pricing strategies, and roadshows.

Build and review complex financial models (DCF, LBO, and comparables).

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends for client recommendations.

Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and external stakeholders on transaction details.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
