Job Title: Sr. Associate - Global Investment Banking

Location: Delhi NCR / Bangalore

Work Experience: 5 to 9 years

Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CFA L2 (USA)

Ideal candidate should:

  • be a self-starter, who can make sense out of ambiguity
  • possess a calm demeanor and ability to handle pressure situations
  • have ability to effectively communicate with CEOs and investment bankers from large companies and investment banks
  • have the ability to lead a team of 3-5 analysts
  • possess superior report writing, communication and presentation skills
  • have good understanding of accounts, financial statements, and valuation methodologies
  • possess a strong eye for detail and ability to multitask
  • be willing to work in situations that will entail tight deadlines

Work responsibilities:

  • Develop investment pro-forma & financial models; research & analyze financial data; develop financial & narrative reports & prepare comparable analyses
  • Conduct research, analyze information obtained from various channels and prepare valuation reports
  • Review the work of team members to make sure that it is client ready
  • Interact with investments professionals overseas and act as a point of contact for clients
  • Train / educate new / junior team members
