Job Title: Senior Associate / Associate Legal UK Quality

Service Line: Legal

Location: NCR / Bangalore

Experience: 2- 5 Years ( Pre signatures Exp )

Job Summary: Seeking a legal professional to support UK risk management and service quality initiatives. The role involves reviewing contracts, advising on business risks, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and mitigate legal exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary legal contact for UK Quality matters
  • Review engagement agreements, NDAs, MSAs, subcontracts, and proposals
  • Provide risk management advice aligned with internal frameworks
  • Collaborate with teams in Independence, Privacy, Security, and Risk
  • Support training initiatives for UK stakeholders
  • Monitor policy and procedural changes impacting legal operations

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Law graduate with 2 - 5 years of experience in contract review and negotiation
  • Familiarity with UK law and IT contracts (S.I programs, agile projects, advisory)
  • Knowledge of GDPR, data protection, and IP clauses
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • Understanding of compliance concepts like Independence and Conflicts
  • Effective communicator and pragmatic problem solver

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-vendor IT environments
  • Confidence in delivering training and legal guidance
  • Interest in risk management and compliance
