Further information on Indium is available at are looking formotivated individuals with experience in front-end investment banking advisoryto join our team.Position : Investment Banking Associate/Senior Associate Experience : 2-5 years of investment banking/ corporate M&A experience Qualification : CA or MBA from IIM’s/ISB/FMS/MDI Location : BangaloreInterested candidates can write to with their cover letter and CV, and a short note summarising their education and qualifying investment banking experience.Role Overview -Investment Banking Associate /Sr Associate: The role involves working with senior team members on PE/VC Fund Raising & M&A transaction execution as well as client pitches & business development. Key aspects include (among others):1. Transaction Execution Work Directly interacting with clients & client representatives, investors/buyers/sellers, and other advisors involved in transactions Preparation of transaction collaterals including Information Memorandums, detailed Business Plans & financial models with analysis and insights Valuation analysis and support for deal negotiations Coordinating due diligence and documentation process2.
