**Job Description - Outlet Supervisor (Hotel)**

**Position**: Outlet Supervisor
**Location**: Goregaon, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's food & beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing the team efficiently. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a seamless dining experience for guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**:

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service.
- Ensure all food & beverage standards and hotel policies are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for stock replenishment.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained in compliance with FSSAI and hotel regulations.

**Guest Service & Satisfaction**:

- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure prompt service and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain quality standards.

**Team Supervision & Training**:

- Manage and train service staff to enhance performance and guest engagement.
- Assign duties and create staff schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to ensure team members are aligned with daily service expectations.

**Sales & Revenue Optimization**:

- Promote upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Ensure billing accuracy and proper handling of cash/card transactions.
- Work with the hotel management to implement promotional activities and special offers.

**Reporting & Coordination**:

- Prepare daily reports on sales, guest feedback, and staff performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office for seamless operations.
- Ensure all equipment and furniture are well-maintained, reporting any issues to maintenance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant billing procedures.
- Basic understanding of inventory and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure efficiently.
