**Admissions Counseling**: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families interested in enrolling their child in the preschool program. Provide information about the school's curriculum, policies, tuition, and enrollment procedures. Conduct tours of the facility and answer questions to help families make informed decisions about their child's education.
- **Interviews and Assessments**: Conduct interviews or meetings with prospective families to assess their suitability for the preschool program. Evaluate the child's developmental readiness for preschool and assess their social and academic skills through observation and informal assessments.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate positive relationships with prospective families, establishing rapport and trust to facilitate the enrollment process. Serve as a resource for families, addressing concerns, providing guidance, and offering support as needed to ensure a smooth transition to the preschool program.
- **Marketing and Outreach**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting the preschool program and attracting prospective families. Represent the school at community events, preschool fairs, and other outreach opportunities to generate interest and increase enrollment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with school administrators, teachers, and staff to coordinate admissions activities and ensure alignment with the school's mission and values. Collaborate with colleagues to address any concerns or challenges related to admissions and enrollment.
- **Professional Development**: Stay informed about best practices and trends in preschool admissions, enrollment management, and early childhood education. Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and training to enhance knowledge and skills in admissions counseling and customer service.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
