**Responsibilities**:

- **Valuation of land and buildings**: Conduct thorough and accurate valuations for a diverse range of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- **Rate assessment**: Analyze market trends, comparable sales, and other data to determine property values and rental rates.
- **Paper study and document verification**: Meticulously examine property titles, legal documents, and other records to confirm ownership, identify encumbrances, and verify property specifications before performing a valuation.
- **Detailed report writing**: Prepare clear, concise, and defensible valuation reports that adhere to industry standards and client requirements.
- **Site inspections**: Perform on-site inspections to assess property condition, features, and other relevant factors.
- **Market research**: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market conditions, legal regulations, and economic indicators that may impact property values.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
