Job description
If you determined and ready to work in challenging environment and start up as online marketplace for insurance then this position is for you We are looking for Self Motivated and Result oriented Executive or Sale Manager General, Health or Term Insurance for our online marketplace for insurance products in newly born start up as insurance web aggregator.
Strategic
- Driving development and launch of innovative digital-first Health insurance Product & Services - Overseeing the development and management of the products roadmap, based on the allocated budget and segment growth plans - Taking responsibility for the Integrated launch office for pre and post development efforts - Taking ownership of the Platform design & development - Creating customer success journeys Operational - Product Mix accountability, for top line targets with defined contribution of new products and digital products - P&L accountability for Health Insurance products - Targeted number of new digital products launched per financial year - Launch and utilisation of VAS
Skill set
- Quick thinking, adaptable and highly self-motivated - Digital-first mind-set - A problem solver, who can take the initiative and own it to make things happen on time - The ability to effectively communicate with senior management, peers, team, and partners - A high level of analytical and quantitative skills to develop informed product strategies, thereby improving product performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

- Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar - 201309, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Insurance sales: 1 year (preferred)
