**Training Program Development**:

- Develop and design training modules in line with NABH standards.
- Prepare training material related to clinical, administrative, and non-clinical procedures.
- Review and update training content to ensure compliance with the latest NABH guidelines.
- **Conducting Training Sessions**:

- Facilitate and deliver training sessions for staff in various departments (clinical, nursing, administrative, housekeeping, etc.).
- Train hospital staff on NABH guidelines, patient safety, infection control, ethics, and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct refresher courses and workshops for existing staff members.
- **Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Assess the training needs of hospital staff and identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
- Conduct pre
- and post-training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain records of completed training sessions and certifications.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all training programs comply with NABH accreditation requirements and guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date training records and reports for internal audits and NABH assessments.
- Assist in preparing for NABH audits by ensuring all staff training is documented and accessible.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives related to training programs and services.
- Encourage a culture of learning and development across the hospital.
- Stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and NABH standards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with department heads, HR, and Quality Assurance teams to identify and address training needs.
- Assist in developing orientation programs for new staff to introduce them to hospital policies and NABH guidelines.
- **Staff Engagement and Motivation**:

- Engage and motivate staff to actively participate in training programs.
- Provide feedback to staff on their performance and help them improve through additional training.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 6 years (required)
