Job Description: Trainer (Aviation Background)

Position Title: Trainer Aviation

Location: Gwalior,

Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Reporting To: HOD Training or Center head.


About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and passionate professionals from an aviation background to join our team as Trainers. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth industry knowledge and a strong ability to deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of trainees aspiring to excel in the aviation industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:



Conduct engaging and interactive classroom and practical training sessions on aviation-specific topics, including safety protocols, customer service, ground handling, cabin crew responsibilities, and airport operations.

Utilize multimedia tools, simulations, and real-world examples to enhance the learning experience.

Curriculum Development:



Design, develop, and update training materials and modules in line with industry standards and organizational requirements.

Ensure the curriculum reflects the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in aviation.

Performance Evaluation:



Assess trainees performance through evaluations, assignments, and practical exercises.

Provide constructive feedback to support skill improvement and knowledge retention.

Compliance:



Ensure all training programs comply with aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and assessments.

Mentoring and Support:



Act as a mentor to trainees, guiding them in professional and personal development.

Address individual learning needs and tailor sessions to accommodate diverse learning styles.


Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background: Graduate or Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the aviation industry, preferably as a cabin crew member, ground staff, or in a similar role.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with aviation software, safety equipment, safety and emergency procedure and operational tools.

Training Experience: Prior experience as a trainer or instructor is an added advantage.
