Apprentice Pastry Chef

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Baking & Decorating**:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and specifications.
- Decorate cakes, pastries, and other baked goods with creative designs and frosting.
- Experiment with new recipes and flavors to add to the bakery menu.
- Ensure products are of consistent quality and presentation.
- **Ingredient Management**:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to standard recipes.
- Ensure the proper storage of ingredients and manage inventory.
- Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients used for baking.
- **Quality Control**:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
- Ensure that all pastries and cakes meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Inspect products before they are sent out for sale to ensure they meet high aesthetic standards.
- **Customer Service**:
- Occasionally assist with customer inquiries and custom orders (e.g., themed cakes, special dietary requirements).
- Work closely with the front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery of products.
- **Collaboration and Training**:
- Work with other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Help train junior pastry staff or apprentices.
- Assist in managing production schedules to meet demand during peak times.
- **Maintenance**:
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Report any issues with equipment or supplies to management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
