**Job description**:
Ensure calls are responded with a pleasant voice and clear speech.

Enquires of the caller to be solved within the set timelines

Ensure telephone etiquette is followed while handling callers

Confidentiality of the Patient caller must be maintained.

To track the calls during the daytime and connect to respective OPD department

To receive the patient with a pleasant smile with grooming standards.

To give appointment to the patient after checking consultants appointment schedule.

To collect the payments and update the same.

To give information to the patient from time to time as to when they will be seen by the doctor.

To Ensure hospital rounds is done everyday and check with the patients for any feed back issues.

To fill the respective case record in the patients folder before they meet the doctor.

Guide them to respective areas after consultation.

To facilitate patient movement within the hospital
