Night Shift Receptionist

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Night Shift Manager to oversee operations during night hours. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all departments, handle guest relations (in case of a service industry like a hotel), maintain safety and security, and address any issues that arise overnight. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are key for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all night shift operations.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle late check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
  • Maintain security of the premises during night hours.
  • Respond to emergencies and manage crisis situations professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
  • Prepare and submit night shift reports to the management.
  • Ensure all safety, health, and hygiene protocols are followed.
  • Handle staff issues, assign tasks, and ensure proper staffing during the shift.
  • Perform regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and order.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
