Job Description: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Social Science

Position Overview

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Content Development:
Develop well-explained, step-by-step solutions to unsolved end-chapter exercises across multiple boards and formats.

Ensure content is accurate, error-free, and adheres to high-quality standards.

2. Content Review:
Review content created by other SMEs and provide constructive feedback.

Identify and rectify plagiarism in submitted content.

3. Academic Expertise:
Create syllabi, lesson plans, and educational material in alignment with curriculum requirements.

4. Online Teaching:
Conduct online audio/video classes and clarify doubts for students (Grades 8th to 12th) as needed.

Foster a positive and interactive learning environment for students.

5. Process Adherence & Improvement:
Follow the organization's processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

6. Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrate strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prepare high-quality presentations and content as required.

**Required Qualifications**

Master’s degree in Social Science

1-2 years of relevant experience in content creation, review, or teaching.

**Skills & Competencies**

Excellent command of the English language.

Ability to identify and eliminate plagiarism in academic content.

Attention to detail to ensure content accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to engage and motivate students in an online learning environment.

**Compensation**

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
