Job Title: SME – Insurance (Fire, Group, Machine,Worker Insurance & Home Loan)Location: GurgaonDepartment: SME / Insurance VerticalCompany: InsuranceDekhoAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join ourInsurance team at InsuranceDekho (Gurgaon). The ideal candidate will have experience orstrong understanding of Fire Insurance, Group Insurance, Machine Insurance, WorkerInsurance, and Home Loan Insurance. This role involves guiding customers, supportingsales teams, and ensuring accurate policy information and documentation.Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance on Fire Insurance, Group Insurance, Machine Insurance,Worker Insurance, and Home Loan Insurance products. Assist customers and sales teams with product queries, policy selection, and claim-related support. Conduct requirement analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions for SMEs. Prepare policy comparisons, proposals, and documentation. Coordinate with insurers to resolve customer issues and process approvals. Maintain updated knowledge of insurance product features, underwriting guidelines,and compliance requirements. Support internal teams with training and product knowledge sessions. Ensure high-quality customer service, quick turnaround, and accurate informationdelivery.Requirements: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Insurance qualification preferred). Experience or understanding of commercial and retail insurance products such asFire, Group, Machine, Worker, and Home Loan insurance. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Good knowledge of insurance processes, policy documentation, and underwritingbasics. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple casessimultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
