Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Description: This position reports to the Accounts Department and interfaces with company managers and Accounts staff. Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage our company's financial transactions. The Accounts Executive will work closely with our management team to provide financial insights that will drive business decisions.

Specific Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial statements

Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports

Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations

Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as necessary

Competencies Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

Experience with accounting software such as ERP, Tally, or SAP

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial information
