**About Us**:
**Awish Clinic** is a leading Skin & Hair clinic offering advanced treatments in dermatology and cosmetology. We are looking for enthusiastic **Telecallers** who can handle patient queries, follow up on leads, and assist in appointment bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls for patient inquiries.
- Explain clinic services and treatments to potential patients.
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments.
- Follow up with patients for reminders, consultations, and feedback.
- Maintain call records, leads, and daily reporting.
- Coordinate with counsellors and clinic team for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Confident, polite, and patient-friendly.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or healthcare preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
- Freshers with good speaking skills are also welcome.
