We are looking for a dynamic and motivated eCommerce Executive to join our team and help us expand our online presence.

**Job Overview**: As an eCommerce Executive at Tracer, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our online sales channels. You will be responsible for driving our eCommerce strategy, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers, and achieving our online sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Management**: Oversee the day-to-day management of our eCommerce website, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest product information, pricing, and promotions.
- **Product Listings**: Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely restocking.
- **Order Processing**: Manage order fulfillment processes, including order placement, tracking, and customer communication.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns and refunds.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement online campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance.
- **SEO and Content Management**: Optimize website content for search engines and manage blog posts, articles, and other content to drive organic traffic.
- **Social Media Integration**: Coordinate with the social media team to ensure cohesive online branding and promotions across all platforms.
- **Technical Liaison**: Work with IT and web development teams to resolve technical issues and implement website enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (Shopify) and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
