**Job Title: Training and Placement Officer (TPO)**

**Job Summary**:
The Training and Placement Officer is responsible for facilitating career development and placement opportunities for students. This role involves building relationships with industry partners, organizing training programs, and ensuring students are well-prepared for the job market.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably HR, Management, or Education).
- Prior experience in training, placement, or career services worked in Institution preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1. Placement Coordination
- Liaise with companies and organizations for campus recruitment drives.
- Organize and coordinate placement activities such as interviews, tests, and group discussions.
- Maintain a database of student profiles and placement records.

**2*.**Training & Development*
- Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions on soft skills, aptitude, technical skills, resume writing, and interview techniques.
- Collaborate with faculty and external trainers to design and deliver training modules.

**3. Industry Engagement**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and HR managers.
- Arrange industrial visits, guest lectures, and internships for students.

**4. Student Support**
- Guide students in career planning, goal setting, and job search strategies.
- Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding career opportunities.

**5. Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare reports on placement statistics and training outcomes.
- Maintain records of student participation and feedback.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and hiring practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and placement management software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
