**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Optimize Tableau data sources and workbooks for performance and scalability.
- Help in Server: Data source connection setup and troubleshooting Users License key management License key purchases Permissions Groups Project folders Subscriptions Schedules Extract refreshes Backups Server version upgrades Server infrastructure & Developer governance.
- Help in Desktop: Data source connection setup & troubleshooting User access License key management License key purchases Version upgrades Developer governance Onboarding projects to sandbox Production intake Governance Standards Warehouse optimization Initial credit usage estimation for projects & Credit usage monitoring.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and manage Tableau Bridge for secure data connectivity.
- Utilize Tableau Prep for data cleaning transformation and preparation.
- Conduct thorough testing of Tableau solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Integrate Tableau with various databases using ANSI SQL for seamless data retrieval.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Tableau-related issues.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead the development of data visualization best practices and guidelines.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Tableau and SQL technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics processes.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong understanding of Tableau API Tableau Bridge and Tableau Prep.
- Demonstrate expertise in Database and SQL particularly ANSI SQL.
- Have experience with Tableau Cloud and Tableau Testing.
- Exhibit knowledge of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving and analytics.
