Hi I'm Nirosha the **Head of Marketing** at HowNow I’m looking for a **Multimedia Designer**to join us.

We are looking for someone who can bring our brand to life through jaw-dropping graphics and engaging videos. If you're a design wizard with a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and the skills to create high-quality content across digital and print platforms - keep reading

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Create stunning visuals for digital and print, including social media posts, event banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets by following established design guidelines.

**Video Production & Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with marketing campaigns.
- Create promotional videos, explainer videos, and event highlights.
- Incorporate sound effects, music, motion graphics, and animation to enhance video quality.
- Shoot and edit reels for social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

**Campaign Development & Branding**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Work with internal teams to fulfill branding and creative requests.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and new editing techniques.

**Project Management**:

- Juggle multiple design and video projects without missing a beat.
- Deliver high-quality content on time, every time.

**What You’ll Need***:
**Non-Negotiables**:
**Experience**: Proven background in multimedia design, graphic design, video editing, or a similar role.
**Design Expertise**: Master of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Canva.
**Video Editing Skills**: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
**Visual Storytelling**: Strong understanding of design principles, pacing, and editing techniques.
**Copywriting & Communication**: Excellent English proficiency to convey ideas clearly.
**Self-Starter**: Ability to work independently, as the core marketing team is based in the UK.
**Project Juggling Skills**: Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining top-notch quality.

**Nice-to-Haves**:
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or L&D content creation.
Knowledge of 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
UI/UX design understanding.
Live streaming/webinar production skills.
Experience working remotely across time zones.

**What you’ll get**:
Our salaries are calculated using a SaaS benchmarking tool called (Figures). The Salary band for this role is 8-13INR per annum. You’ll also receive a 10% performance based bonus on top.

Hybrid working (in our offices 3x a week Mon-Wed)

Wind-down Fridays. No meetings from 3pm onwards on Fridays, for you to wind down for the weekend. Our HowNow’ers use this time to invest in their learning and development, catch-up on project work or well-being activities, which you can read about here

**What's next?**
- You'll be invited to a 30-minute video call with Naaz, our People Operations Coordinator to discuss your experiences and the role.
- You will then have a 1 hour call with Nirosha, Head of Marketing to discuss the role in more depth.
- The final stage is an assessment/Task which will be sent to you in advance and will be presented back to a panel.
