**Key Responsibilities**

Multimedia Designer is responsible for leading the creative conceptualization, design and execution of all artwork and graphic content for various campaigns and collaterals utilised across multiple platforms. He/She will work hand in hand with the Marketing team in order to conceptualize and design marketing materials and assets used throughout social and digital channels.
- Craft high-quality graphic content across different social media platforms to drive traffic
- Conceptualise and Execute creatives for social media - covering, static and animated
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Knowledge of different social media platforms
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Design marketing materials for online and offline channels according to the brief, while following brand guidelines
- Capture content for usage across multiple channels - photography and videography
- Retouch photos and create animated content for further usage on digital channels
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design, and animation
- Excellent knowledge of campaign roll out and adaptations following media plan
- Keep informed abreast of the latest trends, tools and technologies in Graphic Design
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

**Requirements**:

- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative Thinking, Visualizing ability, High Attention to details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Basic Qualification: Degree in in Fine Arts (Visual Arts) essential
- Advanced Qualification Training: Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design from any Accredited Institute / Certification in Adobe Photoshop preferable
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in Graphic Arts and Design

Relevant Experience: Retail Brand experience preferable / Animation / Web Design experience preferable

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
