**Job Title: Telecom Maintenance Rigger**

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a Telecom Maintenance Rigger responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing telecom towers and associated equipment. The role involves working at heights to ensure all components are functioning safely and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance on antennas, cables, and tower hardware
- Inspect towers for wear, corrosion, or damage
- Replace or repair faulty components
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards
- Keep maintenance records and report issues promptly
- Follow fall protection and climbing safety protocols

**Requirements**:

- Tower Climbing & Rescue Certification (e.g., Comtrain or NATE)
- Experience in telecom tower maintenance
- Strong understanding of rigging and safety practices
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Basic knowledge of telecom equipment and systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
