- Assist customers in selecting furniture and home decor products that align with their style, budget, and functional requirements.
- Provide expert advice on product features, materials, and design options.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize sales.
- **Sales Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Process orders and sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up to date with new products, trends in furniture and home décor, and industry standards.
- Educate customers on product care and maintenance for optimal use and longevity.
- Demonstrate the benefits and features of products through visual displays or product demonstrations.
- **Customer Service**:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance throughout the purchasing journey.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- **Visual Merchandising**:
- Assist in maintaining an attractive showroom by ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing.
- Contribute to showroom displays to highlight new arrivals and seasonal trends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
