**What will your job look like?**:
You will
- Lead the architecture and design of Amdocs's underlying infrastructure.
- Work with software engineers and other partners (i.e Architects, Product) to define and be aligned with business, development, and deployment needs.
- Build high-level solutions for business requests.
- Model the system components and define the R&R between components.
- Contribute towards the creation of business flows based on client requirements.
- Meet customers to understand their needs and explain the product architecture.

**All you need is...**:
1. Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information System
2. At least 5 years of experience with C1CV/C1RT systems, both online and offline
3. At least 3 years of experience as system business analysis or as a software engineer
4. Good English writing skills and self-organization
5. Great collaboration skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with teams, located in different geo locations.
6. Customer-facing experience: Ability to lead and facilitate sessions, resolve challenges, and suggest solutions using various methods (presentations, demos, business processes etc.).
7. Experience in defining requirements with stakeholders
8. Analytical thinking and problem solving
9. Advanced excel capabilities and SQL hands-on experience
10. Experience in business processes definition - Advantage
11. Service Now experience - Advantage
