**Stores Executive - Hospital Responsibilities**:

- Develop SOPs and other departmental protocols
- Ensure those are properly followed
- Be responsible for accreditations and formulate and implement organizational policies
- Raising Purchase Orders for all locations as required Receiving goods with invoices from respective vendors and generating the SRD in HMS Collecting short-expired products 90 days before the expiration date from all locations; and Indent transfer in HMS
- On a monthly basis, Tracking medical store and hospital store stocks
- Regularise duty roster with respective shifts for medical stores staffs Examine each invoice to ensure that it corresponds to the appropriate purchase order
- All the completed SRD are cross checked, and invoices are submitted to accounts department
- Consignment related to Cath lab and dealing with various vendors delivery challan & invoice are promptly executed
- Monitoring expenses and recommending cost-effective vendor selection
- Create quarterly and annual reports on stock purchases, returns, and usage
- Performing any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time
- Reporting to Department Head

**Hospital Stores Executive - Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Persuasive and resilient.
