**About the Team**:
The Business Systems team’s mission is to drive a coherent, integrated backbone of supporting software systems that is architected for growth, efficiency, and scale. The team is responsible for the overall global information strategy including systems design, architecture, and roadmap. The Business Systems team is an agile organization which helps improve company efficiency and support strategic business initiatives in partnership with its respective business stakeholders

**About the Role**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc.
- Ensure change (Salesforce releases, vendor deployments, package updates, internal declarative changes, etc.) is communicated and deployed in a way that maximizes adoption and minimizes organizational impact
- Interpret business requirements and functional specifications in delivering software solutions meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Work with our internal team to ensure that the proposed solution aligns with enterprise architecture best practices.
- Develop in agile methodology, including user stories, continuous integration, and test-driven development.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Minimum 3 years of direct Gainsight and Salesforce administrator experience
- Perform day-to-day administration, configuration(Data Designer, Journey Orchestration, Rules Engine) and troubleshooting of our Gainsight environment etc.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business requirements
- Experience working with onshore Business analysts and product managers
- Familiarity with an agile environment and team structure
